Entrapment neuropathies are common and of diverse etiologies but nontraumatic isolated axillary nerve, injury to the shoulder is very rare case. We think that this cases is a Quadrilateral space syndrome and, this unusual diagnosis may be missed,
clinically. This is a review of 1 case about history, clinical and electrodiagnostic examination and assessment.
